Fresh New Moment

Hello my friends,
Welcome to "Fresh New Moment", our May Blissipline practice.
You will find most of the information is in the weekly videos below, but let me give you a brief summary.
In some ways, practicing "Fresh New Moment" is the very embodiment of Blissipline. It is an expression of our innate power to bring our attention back into what is happening right here, right now, and make a new choice that improves both our present and our future.
And in an ideal world, that might be easy.
But in real life, it can be quite challenging, and so this month is dedicated to finding ways to make it work for you.
Week One
In week one, I encourage you to simply try the practice. Until you give it a try, you actually know nothing real about it. Watching the video and thinking about it gives you some ideas, but it is not going to change anything.
But as soon as you practice it, you begin to empower yourself in a real way. You immediately learn something about your real experience, and this is essential information about what is true for you, what you need, what will help, etc.

Week Two
In week two, we practice giving space for difficult feelings. When we do this, we are respecting the value of feelings and can begin to receive their messages. Often this allows them to resolve naturally and easily, and can be the fastest and most effective path to peace.

Week Three
In week three, we begin perhaps the most important and challenging practice of all, turning toward what we want. This is so counterintuitive to most of us that we almost never do it, but it is essential to a joyful life.
