Welcome to Blissipline

Hi, I’m Mary Cordelia, and I’m the founder of The Blissipline Community.

Before we go any further, I want to just say if you've reached this page because you are in crisis, click here to access resources that can help you right now.

Then you can come back later and explore the other stuff below, ok? 💜

Ok.   So, back to Blissipline...

I created Blissipline because life is really hard.

And it's also really delightful, but a lot of times we can't access that delight because life is so hard.

It's helpful to distinguish between two ways that life can be hard.

  • Sometimes what we are dealing with is really hard and overwhelming.
  • And sometimes how we are dealing with it is making it even harder.

That I can help with.

(And it's worth mentioning that I have seen over and over again that when we address how we are dealing with life, the things we are dealing with often mysteriously get a lot easier.  For real.)

How does Blissipline help with all that?

Blissipline gives you a really great set of tools to help navigate life, even when it's really hard.  But even more importantly you get a community, including a really good teacher (yes, I mean me 😉) so you can figure out how to actually make them work for you.

A Blissipline is any tool or skill that meets you where you are, and does two things.

1. helps you feel better right away, and

2. helps you find the next step in the direction you want to go.

What do I mean by "meets you where you are"?

It’s essential that Blissipline meets you where you are, because you are a one-in-ten-billion, specific unique individual, and what works for others often won't work for you.  When you have the right tools for you, you can relax, and change gets much easier.

And it's essential that Blissipline helps you change in the way you want to change, because that is where our joy and bliss lie.

I’ve developed Blissipline to support you on that two-fold path, because feeling like yourself and stepping into your power isn’t an accident.

It’s a set of learnable skills.

"I went from stuck to superhuman."

That's what my best friend, Karen, texted me one morning.

The day before, she had reached out because things were really hard.  She was simultaneously in the middle of chemotherapy and a divorce, and she was really struggling.

When she called me, she was feeling sick, she was heartbroken, she was exhausted, and she had crazy brain fog.  And, just to really add insult to injury, she had to fill out a ton of paperwork for both of these nightmares, so that she wouldn't get into even deeper water.

First I listened (of course) and got all mama-bear on how I'd like to treat the assholes she was dealing with.

But then I asked her if she wanted me to guide her through a Blissipline practice to see if it would help.  She said yes, so we spent about 30 minutes doing a process to help her get out of fight/flight and into a more empowered state.

She was feeling a lot better by the time we hung up, and I was glad to have helped, but she still had a huge job ahead of her, and I wished I could help more.

But the next morning I woke up to her text:

"OMG Mary, that thing we did really helped.  I went from stuck to superhuman!"

I called her and she told me that after we got off the phone, she had sat down, and with incredible focus, went step by step through each form, no emotional upset, no mental fog, just forging on through until she was done.

She was elated, and I was amazed and humbled to see the power of such a simple tool.

This was the kind of thing that made me want to get these tools into the hands of more people.

But I knew just giving people these tools isn't enough, because it's like any set of tools, you have to learn how to use which one, when and where.  And you have to practice on easier things before you can tackle hard things.

I knew I needed to create community support so we could navigate life's challenging waters TOGETHER.

Because we really are in this together, and when we do this work together, we can help on another with so many more things:

  • Regulating your nervous system and clearing your mind, so that you know how to take the next step toward what you need and what you want.
  • Understanding what’s happening inside you — emotionally, mentally, physically — and knowing how to work with it instead of fighting it.
  • Remembering what matters to you and actually directing your energy toward it, even when life feels chaotic and distracting.
  • Returning to yourself when you get off track, because everyone drifts, but it’s how you come back that matters.
  • And the thing that (counter-intuitively) ends up making the most difference... learning how to make the most of our good days, so that we have more and more of them.

I've been working on all this for a couple of decades now, and because of my work as a trauma therapist and mindfulness teacher, I have been able to use these tools with real people, in their real lives, so I could test and correct them until they worked.

As a result, I have tools that really do work!

They are based in neuroscience, trauma awareness, parts work, mindfulness and ancient healing practices I have been honored to learn.

I have condensed these skills into a form that I call Blissipline.

Blissipline gives you an accessible set of tools and skills that are effective, compassionate, and (most importantly) doable — even on your hardest days.

And maybe even more importantly, in the Blissipline Community, we connect to support one another in making them work.

As we master these skills together, all aspects of your life get easier.

Sure, life is still hard sometimes, but YOU are more present, more grounded, more alive, more YOU, more connected to your power.

If you want to feel more like yourself — the real you, the one you keep catching glimpses of — Blissipline is here to help you grow into that version.

You don’t have to do it alone.

You don’t even have to know how to start.

You just have to be willing to take the next small step.

Blissipline will meet you wherever you are.

Blissipline meets you where you are... and helps you get to where you want to be.

When you're really down...

This is when most of my clients reach out to me, which makes sense of course.
Blissipline has tools that soothe, steady and empower you to recover faster.  We even have weekly gatherings, specifically to catch you when you're low.

When you're feeling ok...

Most of us just coast when we're doing ok, but I discovered that's your best chance to really improve your life!
Blissipline has tools to uplevel "ok" to "great" and teach you how to stay there longer.

When you're doing great...

This is where the real magic lies!
We learn to deepen and strengthen this state.
Instead of waiting for life to make us feel good, we learn how to generate feelings of wellbeing.  And the amazing news is... as we feel better, we become more and more empowered to make the real changes in our lives

So how does all this work?

I've noticed that people find me at a wide range of readiness and capacity, so I've created three ways to begin.

1. The Blissipline Community Membership  🫶

This is the core of our Blissipline ecosystem — the steady, ongoing support most people are looking for.

You get:

  •  weekly live gatherings with me, where I can help you figure out what will really help

  • access to field-tested tools, based in neuroscience, mindfulness, positive psychology and ancient wisdom
  • a private online community for questions, support, and connection

  • access to our two flagship courses:
    • Building Your Bliss - a step by step guide to training yourself in happiness, sovereignty and empowerment
    • The Freedom, Love and Joy Challenge - a guided 21 day to challenge to actually practice the tools of Blissipline.  Practicing them is what makes them yours, and doing that in community is what makes it stick.
  • Plus access to everything in The Embers Circle (see below)

Special Bonus:  Once a month, Blissipline members are invited into the Continuum Gathering — the deeper, more intimate space — so you can experience that level of support.

2. The Embers Circle (Free)  🔥

If the Blissipline Community feels like too much to start with, this is our simplest entry point.

We offer a weekly, live gathering where you can show up exactly as you are.  We come together to tend the embers — the small, quiet parts of you that are still glowing, even if everything else feels dim.

No pressure. No performance. No prep.

It’s a place to breathe, settle, and most importantly, to not be alone with whatever you’re carrying.

You also get free access to two essential courses:

Staying Calm in Crisis - a course I created during covid to help people navigate hard times.

Intro to Blissipline - a 7 day course I offered live a few years back, and decided to make available as an introduction to the ideas and practices of Blissipline.

Special Bonus: Once a month, Embers Circle members are invited to join a Blissipline Community gathering, so you can experience the next layer of support too.

3. Continuum (Deep Group) 🌔

Continuum is the most intimate, most supported level.

In Continuum, we have the space to go deeper.  Together we:

  • do deep somatic healing work

  • do the shadow work that changes everything
  • learn to truly appreciate and respect ourselves as we are

  • get real support for the change we want

  • follow our hearts to realize our dreams

It’s not really a program.  It’s a long‑term community gathering for people who want to go further.

I want to mention that the folks in Continuum have become my real friends, and they also care deeply about one another.  We really get to know and support one another, year after year, through joys and crises.  It's truly like nothing else I've ever experienced.

What if I can't afford The Blissipline Community?

We have a robust scholarship program.  It is my commitment to make Blissipline accessible to everyone who wants to learn and practice it.  See below for more info.

Pay it forward

If you can afford a little extra, you are invited to contribute to the scholarship fund and pay it forward.  Together we create a community where we can all flourish.

Scholarships

It is (always and forever) my commitment to extend scholarship support to anyone who needs it.

I understand that sometimes money is tight.  I have been in that position many times in my life.

I am also aware that sometimes the exchange rate for the US dollar makes my courses inaccessible to people in other countries.

I do not want these or any other financial circumstances to be an obstacle to you joining Blissipline.

For The Blissipline Community, the application process is very simple.  Just click on the button below.

For Continuum, the process is a little more involved.

Since Continuum is a group that fosters a deep sense of safety, community and welcome, it does require that each person be emotionally committed to being a part of the group.  If you wish to apply for a scholarship to Continuum, please write to us at [email protected] and tell me about your interest in Continuum and what you are hoping to get from it.

Who is Mary Cordelia?

I'm a trauma therapist and the founder of The Blissipline Community.

I've spent the last decade developing my understanding of Blissipline, because, in my work as a therapist, I discovered something that shocked me.

I realized that even though my training taught me how to help people recover from big challenges, like depression, anxiety and trauma, there was this unspoken assumption that once their "problem" was addressed, they knew how to be happy.

But it turns out that's just not true!

In fact kind of the opposite was true.  People could experience powerful healing and get their lives looking a lot like what they had been saying they wanted -- and still feel strangely crappy.  It was like the unhappiness was a habit that was hard to break.

So I started pulling together what I knew about trauma healing with positive psychology, empowerment, mindfulness, and conscious creating, and began teaching these tools to my clients (and practicing them myself).

And that was the trick!  That tipped recovery into joy!

I started calling it Blissipline, I knew I had to teach it to more people, so in 2015, I launched a free Blissipline group, and started teaching it in there.

In the years since then, we have created a smaller, more intimate group, the Continuum Community, and because we can work so much more deeply and personally in there, we have honed the tools of Blissipline to help address even the most difficult life situations.

In 2026, we added the Embers Circle, so we can meet people in their hour of need, and with that, we completed the loop.

It's now my mission to make these tools and skills more and more widely available, so I can help YOU feel happy and empowered, and use your empowerment to create a better and better life for yourself, for your community, and for the world.
